Morning flow in Tulum! I decided to head to the beach for a morning yoga class. I must say I was a little distracted by the maintenance beach crew upon arrival. It was a little difficult for me to adjust to the morning chatter. Nevertheless, I released all the annoyance and centered my mind with some intentional deep breathing, exhale in, exhale out!

I started to relax. Slowly allowing myself to be present in the moment. Thanking the sun for arriving and the sand for comfort. Allowing relaxation to enter my body. Affirming it is my divine responsibility to carry positive energy and thoughts in my mind. Being non-judgmental of self, choosing to keep my crystals on and energy high. I took a deeper breath and saluted the sun.

Keep in mind there are various styles of yoga. Combined with breathing techniques, meditation or relaxation. It is a mind and body practice. I typically deepen my practice with self care affirmations. It’s a great way to support positive energy throughout my day. Wellness planners tend to encourage myself awareness. Boosting my indulgence in self care and restoring my wellbeing! So whatever health journey you maybe on, stay encouraged Remember it’s okay to slow down and take care of self.✨
